Hi, I'm Rachel.
Photography has been part of my life since I was a Child Life Specialist in a Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit as a creative outlet for not only myself, but for the children and families I worked with. After leaving the medical field, I spent more than a decade running Rachel Kemble Photography in Denver, Colorado, where I photographed children and families documenting childhood milestones. Along the way, I found myself drawn to helping friends launch businesses and partnering with nonprofits to create images that told their story.
Over the last several years, my focus shifted to my family after my husband and I adopted our son, who has significant developmental and physical disabilities. Being his caregiver and advocate has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Now that life has settled into a steady routine and predictability, I'm excited to return to the creative work that has always felt like home.
Blue Meissa Creative Studio was built on the belief that great photography is about more than beautiful images—it's about telling your story and helping people connect with your brand. Whether it's headshots, commercial photography, product imagery, editorial, or lifestyle content, my goal is to create visuals that feel authentic, intentional, and uniquely you.
